Tribes
I just finished reading Tribes by Seth Godin.
Here are the things I noted:
- Average is mediocre, boring.
- Too many organizations care about numbers. Not Fans.
- Initiative = happiness.
- In every organizations, everyone rises at the level at wich they become paralyzed by fear.
- Ideas that spread wins.
- If ideas are great, they’ll spread.
- The one path that never works is the most common one: Doing nothing at all.
- Nothing at all feels safe and it takes very little effort.
- One person with a persistent vision can make change happen.
