I completly changed the design of my website. If you don’t see it, just go to www.marcorodi.com and click the refresh button on your internet page. And I added some buttons in my blog page. Just look up, on top of the banner ”Marco Rodi Blog” there are all the links to my website.
Friday was my solo show. It was ok. I was playing at a Latin Dance Festival. So people who were there wanted to dance all night. So it kind of awkward for them to see a solo bass player on stage doing some weird sounds.
But they enjoyed it. They were talking really loud during my set but I was expecting it. And it was funny because there was latina girls who were Latin-Dancing during my set haha. And I talked alot between my songs. Normally, I’m so shy onstage that I only want to play bass and leave. But now I have to start talking to the crowd just to make an extra connection with the audience.

So I threw an add on myspace looking for musicians to start my own band. Are you a local musician from montreal who wants to be part in my new band? just drop me a line marco@marcorodi.com
Yesterday I started to write some new bass lines. I think it will be for my upcoming band or for my Freestyle/Rap upcoming project.
